Jacket lining:
- High-tenacity polyester, circular vowen in twill weave
- Reinforced double jacket construction
- Highly stable under pressure and still light & flexible
Inner hose:
- Excellent adhesion between TPU and jacket
- Extruded inner hose of high-grade, heat resistant TPU
Outer Hose:
- Extremely abrasion-resistant polyurethane in signal color
- Jacket protected against mechanical damage, dirt- and moisture-repellent
Advantages:
- Excellent abrasion resistance
- Better heat resistance than NBR/PVC hoses
- Extremely tough, hard-wearing and durable
- Resistant to oil, gasoline and chemicals
- Resistant to aging and ozone
- More lightweight and flexible than mandrel-wound industrial hoses
